Chiseled my natural nails down to the meat that left bruises. Excessive drilling was uncalled for. No need to set an appointment because I did and didn’t end up being seen until 2 hours later. Overbooking is so unprofessional and an apology or discount wasn’t provided. I should’ve known after the first appointment when she arrived 30 mins late. Never again.

The one star still stands even after the reply below. The owner’s reply is a facade to appear as if your customer’s satisfaction is actually a concern. Why not offer the apology and free service the moment it happened? The lateness was excessive and happened twice.

Absolutely amazing nail salon, and the talent at this location is the best i have ever experienced. Very kind staff and makes sure the service is done very well in a timely fashion. So glad i treated myself to a great experience.

Went there for the first time upon entering I was not greeted or asked my reason for being there. If, services were by Appointment Only that was not expressed either. I don’t see how you can patron an establishment and feel so unwelcomed. I had to leave because my PTSD was arising and I didn’t want to get arrested for acting out.

Really nice and clean. Was not crowded on a Saturday morning, so perfect for walk-ins. They have complimentary wine and margaritas too!
