This Place is Clean the atmosphere is relaxing. The Nail techs are Very Nice and Do excellent work. Will be Returning on a regular. There’s construction work being done on the outside of all the business’s there but does not effect or slow them down from doing Excellent work.

I won’t go to anyone else!! I love this shop! Everyone is great! Vinh works on my nails but I’m open to anyone for my toes or eyebrows. They are quick and efficient and Vinh’s nail work is 🔥🔥🔥🔥! I always come in with some crazy design and he NAILS it every time.🤣His shaping is on point too! No one holds my hand as much as Vinh does. 🤣🤣🤣Second picture i’m the pink nails!

I’ve been to this nail salon three times now and I’m always impressed with the quality of services and time spent. It’s super clean and there aren’t any harsh smells. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is my forever nail home.

I will no longer be coming to this salon. They charged me for gel polish to be removed. If there going to do that they need to let people know there price or they will be getting sued. People will sue if you trick them into something they don’t want or withhold information just to get extra few dollars. This is the main reason why I don’t like people. If I knew it would cost $5 to remove gel I could have did that myself. So, Lady if you go to this place please remove your gel polish and watch out for people cutting your toes because I got mines cut, and my pedicure was horrible. Plus they have horrible management. The owner/manger went out of town and doesn’t have anyone in charge to process refunds or deal with upset clients. Which is very unprofessional on his part. This is not a good place to go to. Spend your money with the people you know and can trust.

*** edit**** I have never been to a nail salon that charge to get the gel off. This is news to me. If they do, and even then your staff should tell your clients that it cost $5 to take it off. I would like a refund because I didn’t like the service rendered as well. As I was getting my pedicure she cut me. So can a refund be issue. Since I wasn’t satisfied with my service. Plus if your going to have a business please get a manager. So refunds can be processed. In a timely manner. Plus, if you have time to respond to Google reviews you have time to call or process a refund. I deserve a refund due to your employee cutting one of my toes and if it gets infected I will be sending you the doctor bill. So please just refund me.

Absolutely love this place. By far the best in Independence! Extremely clean, great atmosphere, and love all the employees. They treat each customer with great respect and take the time to listen to your needs or wants when it comes to getting your nails or pedicures done. I’ll never go anywhere else. And I’ve tried about every salon from Independence to Blue Springs.
