I’ve came here a few times in the past. They do good work. BUT today I went again and Roxy the nail tech did SUCH A amazing job. Nails are even and smooth. I absolutely love the my nails.

I took my 14 year old daughter for a manicure on Tuesday. She texted me during and said it hurt. She came over to me (I was getting a pedicure) and her nails looked awful. Her cuticles were raw as well. We went out to the car and I looked again and the paint job was terrible. It didn’t look like gel, there were bubbles all over and she had nail polish all over her fingers, hands and bracelets. We went back in and the same guy who did it, tried to fix it. He grabbed a block file and was so rough with her fingers. She looked over and was crying. He had already torn her cuticles up and now he was scrubbing them and wouldn’t listen to me as I told him she was in pain. He just kept going. He kept getting paint everywhere again and I was livid. That’s when Lynn stepped in and was kind and gentle with my daughter. She fixed her nails and I was so appreciative. However we got no apology from the man who was so rude to her and did an awful job on her nails. We frequent Alvin’s quite a bit but I refuse to go back. My daughter’s cuticles are still bloody and she can’t use her fingers because it’s all so painful. There was no regard from anyone but Lynn and she is the only reason I’m giving them two stars. It was supposed to be a fun girls day out that turned into a nightmare. The photos are of after the first manicure, after Lynn fixed them and her bloody, raw cuticles the next evening. Safe to say we will not be returning.

Such a great spot! I’ve been here twice but came to get my girls nails done! And wow! Great job on customer services also, I believe Alvin? The owner did my youngest nails and loved engaging with conversation with her. Her nails were complimentary . So grateful. That’s why I ran here to write a review to add to the many positive comments. Can’t wait to go back!

Not the worst acrylics I’ve ever gotten but nowhere near good. The tech over filed and drilled them, so that they now are very thin. They were looking good until the tech got ahold of the drill and file, she even drilled under the nail, I guess she was trying to drill the base nail off? Anyway after she was done all that drilled away nail start flaking off. I paid $50 for these, rip off. I had set an appointment for the nails and a pedicure but I was so disappointed by my nail service that I just wanted my toes painted so I could leave. The toe nail tech was what saved my review otherwise I’d give a 1 star. He was just a nice kid and did what I asked and was accommodating about just applying the gel, and asked how I liked it – he did good – sweet guy. I might return for future pedicures but not for acrylics.

100% recommend( Ni) the nail tech gave me the best service I’ve ever gotten very professional shop and hard working money ive invested on my self…. high desert nail shop you need to experience is Alvin nail and spa 😌
