I’m giving a low review because my nails freaking hurt! I can in yesterday 7/21 and I already had dip nails but wanted new ones, the lady filed/polished them down and now the tops of my nails feel like they’re burning! The top of them not the tip. This was the first time I had them removed that way too. I thought maybe they were just sore, but they are so uncomfortable. Honestly the most painful manicure I’ve ever had. Like they freaking hurt still hurt and my nails currently feel like they’re burning. Also, you can see my old polish under the new nails… like what the heck.

My first visit was fantastic. Just went for the second time, this week, for a dip manicure… four days later, and both of my thumbs have cracked, and the polish has popped off. They’re not cheap, so this is upsetting to see how devastated my nails are under the dip.

Everyone at Venetian Nail Salon is super sweet. I had Kylo help me today with my acrylic nails, and he did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them if you’re looking to get nail art done.

I got my nails done on 22nd December and she didn’t do a good job. It wasn’t buffed enough and looked very thick. I went back again the next day to buff it. They fixed it but it still wasn’t great. I get my nails done all the time and never had such a bad experience.I had to go back and get it fixed. It was a waste of time for me. In couple of days my nails started to chip and crack. I am very dissatisfied with the service. My nails didn’t even look like it was done by a professional. I paid so much money for this.Right now my nails look horrible. You guys should fix my nails for free.

Love this hidden gem in Southlake! Place is so nice and clean and welcoming! I see Jay for my Pedicures and he’s the reason I keep coming back! He is amazing and I won’t let anyone else take care of my feet again!! Thank you so much Venetian Nail Spa you are amazing!!
