MY FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE

THE BAD
1. i was scheduled for 11am, sat in a chair with my feet soaking in water for 20 minutes
2. it took 1.5 hours to get my feet done
3. he put gel x INSTEAD of acrylic on my hands for a FILL which costs more (i assumed he was doing so given how long it took for me to get my feet started and done)
4. on one hand he put 2 layers of the pink base coat whereas he put 1 layer on the other (i did not want pink, i wanted a nude color given why i showed the picture)
5. the nails look NOTHING like the picture
6. i paid $122 plus a tip for something i was not satisfied with at all (i’m too nice at times, i couldn’t leave without tipping)

THE GOOD
1. one lady continuously complimented me which calmed me down every so often
2. the massages after nails are done really loosens up the tension in your body

psa: all i wanted was a fill and pedicure. if i was charged for more, i was not questioned nor was i notified about it

Been going to Elegant nails for a few years now. They all do a fantastic job and are always so friendly!!! Tommy is my go-to and gives the best pedicure!! My daughter loves it there too.

We have had this same technician now several times. She is not very nice to people with disability. Very rough by pulling her hand, foot, shoving her leg. No need for that just say what you want the person to do. I complained to the manager. The technician stared at us! Manager gave attitude of complacency. I give a 0!

I always love my nails when I leave there. They are a 10 for me. These are my favorite nails to date. Designs are fire 🔥🔥🔥

Did a really great job ! And most importantly took their time! It was my first time here and I’m really picky about my nails and feet so I was nervous lol but they did not disappoint. Definitely recommend
