Good I guess if you want the bare minimum. They don’t clean up your cuticles or any of the nail really before starting your acrylic set. They won’t clean up under your nail when getting them redone so you’re kind of just stuck with your real nail showing underneath. When I got the pedicure she scrubbed too hard and scraped my leg and didn’t even care to soften up her grip she just seemed like she was in a rush which they always are. Nail polish kind of comes at a hit or miss. I’ve gone three times and twice they missed spots. Like I said, it’s good if you want just your nails done and the bare minimum.

Showed a Picture of what I wanted, 5 shades of pink and peach. Literally NOTHING like the picture and looked like I had no color on my nails. They had a yellow shield in between the chairs, so I could not see the color of my nails until it was too late.

Went in as a walk in with my sister was told there was 5 pm appt. And turned us away not even would like to wait nothing just let us leave. Okay fine I called back 30 mins later sitting in the parking lot knowing she had no appt and was again told she wouldn’t have enough time ( closes at 7 pm.). This as at 5 :30 only asked for one full set She simply didn’t want to give us service because we didn’t pull up front

My first time here. I’ve visited a variety of nail salons in Manhattan and always came away slightly displeased…..either the facility was dirty, the staff unfriendly, or my nails not done neatly. I am extremely impressed with KC Nails, especially Michelle. The salon is clean. Michelle is very friendly and we chatted the entire time…..she engages the customer (some salons, the workers only talk to each other in their own language)….She did a fabulous job on my pedicure and clear gel manicure. Even applied lotion to my feet and hands herself….which has never happened in Manhattan. They are open 9-7pm. CASH ONLY!!!

The guy at the counter was VERY rude. It’s 5om and they close at 7pm and he said they didn’t have time to do my nails? Ok, well I’ll take my money elsewhere and I’ll never return. It’s filthy in there anyway and I’m not getting my nails done with filthy tools. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anybody.
