I got my nails done before Easter and my hands were covered in blood and hurt for several days. The person who greeted me was an older, dark-skinned woman sitting at the table closest to the door. From the beginning to the end, she never took the initiative to ask me for a word, and her expression was very ugly, as if I owed her money. In each process, she used her fingers to guide me to the next step without saying a word to remind me. He was very indifferent. When I didn’t put my hand right, she took it away without saying a word. The procedure was very poor and many times it hurt. I screamed in pain and asked her to be careful, but she didn’t even apologize or respond, not a word. I even thought I was mute. But she had fun chatting with her classmates. I have never seen such poor service and such poor technology. The rest of the staff is friendly.

I usually do my eyelashes consecutively and the truth is I always love the result because they give you tips and designs that work best with you, they are also super durable and my natural eyelashes have not been damaged at all. Highly recommended.

When Moni was there, I loved this place, but of the last three visits, the last one was a bit uncomfortable. A foreign girl changed my gelish and she was, ok, just like that. In my opinion, customer service is lacking; but the turning point was that the other girl who was giving a pedi (to another person) and TOOK OFF HER SHOES as if she were watching TV at home… call me exaggerated or ridiculous but for me, that was in very bad taste. Sorry, last time.
