Went in for a medi/pedi. Felt like I was a driver in pitstop in a Nascar race. The lady took too much skin off that I started bleeding. “You okay”🤯🤔 no, I’m bleeding. I WON’T BE BACK

So my friend used to go here but she said most of the people she used to go to no longer work there. I came for a fill and pedicure and my polish on my nails and toes weren’t really that great. The polish isn’t even and I got bubbles as soon as I walked out. I got my original set done by a student in her house and feel like she actually did a better job. I couldn’t see any pictures of designs, was just told “they look like what you see” for some nail tape and felt like my tech was nice but aggressive. It’s too far from my job for me to go back :/

Came at 6:44 for a fill in and they wouldn’t service me because they closed at 7. I arrived in more than enough time to be serviced. Will never go back

This is one of the better nail spots I’ve been to since I’ve been on this side of town. She did my nails quick but with great precision. It had been over 6 months since I’ve had them done, I just hope things stay consistent

I’ve been a customer for several years and Emily does my nails. She does excellent work! I believe the real issue at this salon is some, not all of the clientele. I have been many times when people were so rude to their nail technician that I was embarrassed for them. They work hard and VERY LONG hours…some people just want something free everywhere they go and they’re willing to say or do anything to get it. I love the people who talk on their phone the entire time they’re there or the people who don’t have an appointment and get mad if they don’t jump through hoops to accommodate them. If you don’t have time to wait, don’t walk in. The salon workers are much kinder than some of the clients deserve and they matter too. Nobody is perfect and if we would ALL practice the golden rule, this world would be a much better place! Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
