Went there since I was in the spartanburg area, not my normal place to go but stopped in for a fill in on my nails. Was expecting maybe 25$ for a fill in and ended up being 50$ after tip. Why get a fill in when I could of got a whole set for that price. Misleading pricing. Not to mention lady who was doing my nails was very tough! Even have a blood spot on my finger. Only good thing was customer service was good. But not worth it for the price.

My daughter and I decided to patronize Miss Nails today and was very dissatisfied with their service. I went in for a dip over my natural nail (which is super short) and my daughter got a gel polish change and her toes polished (not a spa pedi) they said it would be $50 for her. I asked about the price because she’s only 10 and the board clearly states 11 and under are specifically priced for kids. Well, Tina proceeded to tell me she can’t tell how old my daughter is because she is tall. I’m 5’1 and my daughter is shorter than me. Not that it matters if I tell you she is ten why are you calling me a liar? I was highly offended and unhappy with the job she was doing on my nails. When I asked her to fix it she (Tina) then says it’s my nail bed 😕 that’s different on each hand… Ultimately she says I need to speak with Molly but she wouldn’t let me speak with her she checked me out and I clearly told her not to worry because we will NEVER be back! It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. And look at the picks for the money I spent…

It was my first time going here. Services were average. I got a regular pedicure, white nail polish. It wasn’t too bad. I got a regular manicure with gel nail polish. The lady doing my nails did okay. The layers on the polish on my nail were not even. Some spots were darker than the others to where you can see my nail. As she was buffing my nails, she cut below my cuticle and it bled a good bit. She put some treatment on it to get it to stop bleeding. About a week later, my nail polish chipped off. I assume things like this happen at nail salons. I will be giving them another try and maybe I will get a different technician. I have a better understanding of what to look for as well. I also got my eyebrows waxed here. That was the last thing I did, so it felt rushed but still came out how I wanted.

Their sign clearly says Nail removal for acrylic nails $10. They charged my daughter $15 and kept saying it’s because you acrylic. I do NOT recommend this place. They rush the service, lie, and overcharge.

I went in hoping for the best experience before my prom night on Saturday and I had a horrible time. My nails were lumpy and there’s finger nail polish all on the side of my fingers. It was 106 dollars for a classic pedicure and an acrylic. Never going back
