Went in and asked for a gold chrome. the man who did it was older and very sweet but overall didn’t know what he was doing. 2 of the nails peeled off the NEXT day. I covered two of them with red nail polish in an attempt to make them look holiday-ish but a third followed peeling as well and then I just gave up. These nails weren’t even 3 days old when they started peeling. very disappointing for spending $85 and sitting around for 2 hours just for them to peel the very next day.

HORRIBLE! BEWARE!! When they do bad work, ruin your nails, use unsanitized tools, they will still bully you and threaten to post you face and name on social media to intimidate you to pay regardless. I had a visit last night where they glued my nail to my skin, over-filed to the point of pain (several times), ripped my skin with the cuticle cutters and mis-sharpened my nails to where they now look ridiculous. There are cameras everywhere and when I complained about the service to the manager, Jacklyn, she stated that she had several camera shots of me and wouldn’t hesitate to post them on social media. Unbelievable – beware of going here. Consider yourself lucky if you get good service and consider yourself warned if you do not!

Service was amazing & nails were good (not really as red as I wanted it in the picture but I was satisfied) Pearl was amazing and I give her 5 stars. I give this place 3 stars because I was charged $120 for a mani that took maybe an hour and it wasn’t a hard design. Everyone so far says it looks fine but I got ripped off. I wasn’t asked if I wanted gel or told at all how much it would of been so I should of asked at the beginning but I didn’t expect to pay over $100 over a basic design. Paying that much really makes me feel a bit hustled on my vacation when designs like this are usually $80 at most. Don’t come here unless you want to pay $40 more over on an average price, maybe it’s just because of location, but even the expensive locations I’ve been to is around $70-80. Satisfied, but super disappointed.
One star now, can’t believe my nail already broke and didn’t even have it for a full week! I was super careful and nails like this usually last me 2-3 weeks, but how did $120 nails break within 5 days?! I regret coming here so much. Ask them first before they start on your nails, this place is a scam!

As I expected Katy NAILED IT! These are quite literally the coolest nails I’ve ever had in my LIFE. I showed Katy a handful of pictures for inspiration and told her what base color I wanted and a pearlescent theme and told her to take it from there. I am so so glad I met her by chance and have been sending people to her ever since. I had my first set done on march 6th and they stayed in literal perfect condition until my fill today (march 23rd) which I only came for because my cuticles had grown out- the nails were still flawless with no breakage whatsoever. Have never recommended a nail stylist until today. Thank you Katy!!!! ❤️❤️ I included the progression of my first set just so you guys could see how amazing they were even nearly three weeks later.

Horrible experience! If you want a simple nail polish you can go here. Any design you tell them , they r not qualified for it. Despite of showing them pic earlier and explaining them they wont do it what it needed. On top of it they don’t even make your nails uneven and sharp .everytime I had to them them this one is bigger this one is sharp…. I did not come out till 3 hours and still with horrible nails. Also they r over pricy. Go somewhere else.
