Things have changed, not the same service and attention. Will not go back. From 5 stars to one, sad. Need to keep consistency, last manicure looks ugly, got cut in two different places 😡👎

Showed up recently with no appointment. They ask very nicely if I could wait a few minutes so someone would take care of me. I did and i am so glad I did. It was the best pedicure I have had in years. Lady was professional in every way. She took the time to do a great job and that made me feel special. They are very covid aware which was also nice to see. I will go back with no hesitation.

Look no further! The best in town! Very professional and not a bad nail tech on staff. Hard to even pick a favorite. Appointments are recommended which makes it even better. Quiet atmosphere and very clean.

Staff was nice and did a great job with pedicure. Giving a lower rating bc they don’t use the liners for the foot tubs, no peel and pack for the tools so can’t tell if they were sanitized. They were probably clean but it’s also optics of sanitation. I still gave a 40% tip but this place isn’t for me.

My pedicure and manicure started off great. As I sat there, I noticed that once people’s pedicures were finished, the staff did not clean the bowls. I sat there and watched this for 2 and a half hours. I became very concerned that they did not clean my bowl either. It made me wonder if they cleaned the tools that they used to do my pedicure and manicure. The whole process became very sickening. They did not wash their hands or use gloves from one client to the next. I asked the staff member if she was going to wash the bowl, she conveniently didn’t understand me. I was charged 70.00 for their services. I paid the fee, gave a tip while hoping that the horrible experience is all that I left with.
