IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD…This place is horrible and that chick working at the front is terrible! Today I received the worst service ever. Long story short, I went for a refill. This chick told me it would be 5 minutes. So as I’m waiting another lady walks in, said she wanted a manicure, NO APPOINTMENT might I add, and she walked right on in and got seated. Guess what color??? YEP‼️ There were at least 3-4 available technicians so really any of them could’ve did my nails. I looked over at this chick pictured and said “Excuse Me” She rudely interrupted and said she’ll be with you and proceeded to roll her eyes. I said yeah well you told me it’ll be 5 minutes but it’s been a lot longer than 5 minutes. I told her that she didn’t have to be so rude and unprofessional. She at one point said to me why was I still talking 😂😂😂 I’m the customer remember??? The icing on the cake was when she started talking non-English and so I told her that I was pulling out my google translate so don’t try it. These are the rudest people at this place and I cannot understand for the life of me why someone would continue patronizing. This is NOT where I usually go for nail services, went right after work considering time constraints and other appointments I had. Unprofessional, RUDE, awful service & more…I will NEVER EVER EVER patronize this place!!!!

The owner did my daughter’s nails. He kept walking away and ended up having someone else finish. The lady who finished kept cutting her and when she told her she was bleeding she was told to just relax. When we arrived she was only missing 2 nails, but owner claimed she was missing all of them and charged for a full set. When he went to check the cameras they all the sudden couldn’t see anything. Very unprofessional.

Well, the first photo was the first nails that I made in this spa and the truth is that they lasted longer than the prologed, they lasted 1 month and 2 weeks and the second ones I took on December 17 and I dropped them a few days ago, I already made my next pedicure appointment and acrylic manicures, I love it too much, A lot of peace and cleanliness, Good service 100/10 🥰

I just love this place. I went for my birthday nails and pride nails. I showed them a picture and she was nervous to do the design I wanted but she rocked my nails even though she was nervous.

Absolutely the worst “manicure” I ever had..they should be arrested for thinking this work could pass for even halfway decent!! 3 hours after my gel was applied this is what my nails looked like. I called to complain and was told to comeback the next day at 3 pm (sunday). I told the manager I was just visiting in town and would be gone by then..I showed up at opening time on Sunday and showed them what happened. They said they would “fix” the 3 nails that peeled..I insisted they redo all nails..was told they have customers waiting and no time for me..I told them I was a customer yesterday and since they took my money they should make time to redo them..so basically since I was a man and not a “regular” because I was visiting I recieved substandard, bordering on rude and definitely unprofessional service. I waited to see what they would do b4 I posted this review. But since they did not do the right thing I feel the need to leave a less than desirable review.
I do not recommend using this establishment.
In addition to poor service the nail stations are dirty and dusty with days worth of nail dust and I did not see any sterilization equipment. Every tool that they used on me was pulled out of a drawer..everywhere else I have been the tech used a new individually wrapped and sterilized set of tools for each customer..
So long story short..rude , unprofessional, dirty, does not stand behind thier work and more of a cattle chute nail factory than a true salon..
STAY AWAY!!
