I was a New Customer to this Salon. I was Disappointed with the Service I got. The Hair Dresser did not Introduce herself, or ask me what I was looking to have Done. I asked for my hair to be cut to fall below my Shoulders. The Hair Dresser was too Aggressive with the Amount that she Cut off! It was very Short, did not even touch my shoulders! she stated she had no idea that my hair would Shrink up! I would think, me being a BRAND NEW CUSTOMER! she would be a little more Conservative, You can always take more off, but can’t put it back on! I absolutely hate my haircut! I was a 1ST TIME, and LAST TIME customer!
