I loved! I didn’t want to go because of the bad comments but I decided to go and I don’t regret it. First, I wanted the appointment for the next day and they had availability, they were always friendly and the girl who worked on me was very punctual and professional, I loved my hair, of course I will return!

They gave me a price over the phone and when I went they charged me more with the excuse that the afternoon receptionist had made a mistake. They made me wait much longer than they had told me.

I arrived with very high expectations but I had a very bad experience, bad service and they were despotic. They were not kind. Especially the stylist. They discriminated against me. They did a bad job and I struggled to get them to make my warranty valid.
