Viva Nails is by far my favorite nail place in Lexington and the ONLY place I’ll go to get my nails done!! Been going to Viva for well over 2 years and it’s been amazing every single time I’ve gotten my nails done. They have the biggest selection of SNS & Dip nails so they have every color combo you could dream of! And they are always super helpful with making my beautiful nail visions come true!! Michael and Sue are amazing owners and the customer service is always phenomenal!! This is the one and only nail salon I recommend to all of my friends!

I just got my nails done for my birthday this weekend and I am so upset. I asked for almond shaped nails and the guy doing them said they had to be done super long if I wanted almond. I asked him twice to make them shorter and he said he couldn’t do almond any shorter. I have been getting almond nails for years and have had them way shorter than this! The color I picked out is also not the color that was put on my nails, it is way darker. I asked if it would be possible to change them to the color I asked for and he said it was too late and would have to charge me double. I am just so upset that my birthday nails are not what I wanted/asked for and were so expensive!

I had to go get a re-paint done. instead of paying for regular polish(which messed me up in the first place) I got a gel polish instead. The lady did an absolute job. I will definitely be back.

Quite literally the worst pedicure i’ve ever had. My niece, sister and I had booked three pedicures and had the worst experience. When I walked in the colors weren’t communicated after me asking three times what/where the gel nail polish was, aka I had to pick three separate colors. Despite their website and multiple reviews saying they had kids chairs, when we went they had just gotten new ones which wasn’t a big deal to us. My niece is almost 4 and has probably had the same amount of pedicures in the past two years as me. She knows to sit in the chair and be as still as she can to not mess it up. When she got to her chair, the lady doing her toes was jerking her leg, giving her the dirtiest look i’ve ever seen and just overall very annoyed with a 4 year old who wasn’t doing anything wrong. As well as after she was even doing the pedicure and moved on to someone else, she repeatedly turned around to stare at my niece and try to correct her when she simply moved the cotton piece on her toe to not mess up HER own polish. My sister and I had equally bad as experience. The guy who did my toes was obviously very rushed and rough, the basket of tools he used on my feet were so unsanitary I contemplated telling him to stop multiple times. The guy who was with my sister tried to refuse her to let her put on her own shoes after asking for foam flip flops AND asking to put them on herself anyway. We still ended up walking away with 3 pedicures for almost $150 and aren’t happy with all three. I will never be back.
