Sara is very professional and kind. I walked in to have a regular manicure before my engagement photoshoot– and I love my nails, great work! Took maybe 20 minutes too, fast!

Scheduled an appointment for 2 pedicures an hour out; staff was very friendly, detail oriented, and quick. About 1hour long for the basic pedicure, will be returning!

I called them to fix one gel toe nail that I had done with them exactly 1 week and 5 days ago and they blatantly refused. The polish completely came off exactly 1 week after I had it done. I’ve never had a place refuse to fix one nail. I am willing to pay for the repair if they asked. Rarely do I need nail repairs, but whenever I’ve asked a place, they are very kind. First and last time here.

UPDATE:
In addition to them refusing to fix my nail. Their response below is to lie. If you check my other review, I have the receipts, we paid over $100. I was not asking for a polish change, I was asking them to fix a toe they did that did not last more than 1 week. A professional establishment would ask for my number and reach out and see how they can fix things and acknowledge wrongdoing. This is rooted in poor, undesirable character traits.
