Clean, very friendly, quick! I work A LOT and always use my hands so they get very beat up on a regular basis. Due to my jobs, I must keep my nails short and simple. I think she did a wonderful job. I had SNS with short tips and a manicure. It was $60.

Terrible service and they always have a baby in there during service hours it’s very unprofessional I walked in and noticed this and also waited 15 minutes just to be told their card machines and apple pay don’t work , why not just let me know when I first walk in the store also very rude woman nasty attitude, I unfortunately believe because she’s pregnant she was not in the best of moods wish I could’ve given a better rating

Well my first time there and guessing will be my last. Haven’t had nails a week and in 2 days one breaks. I paid 98 for a fill in, pedicure and to fix a nail. I pay for my polish to last which means they shoudnt look this way in a week. Never had my gel polish chip or come off like this. Truly don’t think I got what I paid for. Alot of money for NOTHING! SO Now let’s go pay someone else so nails aren’t raggedy for Christmas. Thanks for taking my money and not giving me what I paid for.

Love love love this nail salon!!!! I went to many different nails salons looking for the right person to slay my nails. Well I would get a simple gel polish manicure and they would always seem to cut my cuticles to the point where they would hurt or bleed not file my nail down evenly or just make me wait forever. BUT THEN I FOUND Q NAILS!!!! SOPHIA AND HER SISTER ARE THE ABSOLUTE BOMB!!!!! She listened to what I wanted and painted my nails to perfection. Her sister is very detailed when it come to painting my toes and very quiet and humble!! I’m sure most of you ladies dislike going into a nail salon and feeling like you’re being talked about in another language it’s not like that in this nail salon they all speak very well English and listen to your nail needs!!!! I recommend every Diva every princess every mother grandmother and daughter to come to this nail salon and experience it just once I guarantee you you’ll keep coming back!!!!! Q-Nails Rock!!

The owner is very rude and impatient. The products she using is MMA because it is hot and burns your nails unless you build a resistance. However MMA is illegal cheap acrylic that is banned by the FDA because damage to your nails. Do your research. Signs of MMA products: – hot feeling or stinging on nail bed. – Removal is very Gooey and sticky.
2. Also she doesn’t change the nail bit (sander from natural nail & acrylic. 3. She keeps the nail machine dial hidden so you can’t see the speed she’s using. The Max speed is 3 on natural nails however because she trying to get many customers at low prices, speed stays high to hurry the work to get the next customer.
4. My last straw, I had a fungus on my nail and I asked her about it, She said it was nothing and continued. – upon removal from another tech the fungus was covering most of my nail bed – picture below. She just tolerate the ppl in the community and bank off their lack of knowledge. I can understand why she couldn’t have a business in another Affluent demographic.
