Customer Reviews:
I came in a Saturday, mid afternoon. They only had one other customer, getting a manicure. I waited for half an hour. I showed the tech the design I wanted and was told she could not do it due to lack of experience with designs. It took an hour and a half to prep my natural nails and glue the tips on, and another 2 hours to add the acrylic and paint the nails. My nails have NO apex and are super bumpy. Due to the lack of apex and bad natural nail prep 3 of the nails are already coming off my fingers, after only 8 days. She even grounded the nail so close to my cuticles that I bled on 6 of my fingers during the process. After showing her the second design, she proceeded to do the design she told me she couldn’t do. Even called the owner in from next door to do the design herself. My fingers hurt for 2 days afterward. Not happy with the experience or the service, but the owner and the tech were very nice.
