Went here for the first time- I feel like it always takes me a few visits to decide if I really like a nail salon.
The service was good, the people were friendly. It seems like they have a lot of loyal customers- who they knew well.
One thing I did notice was the phone was constantly ringing & they were all busy- so it wasn’t as relaxing as somewhere that doesn’t have a phone ringing off the hook. Also- very important to know- I called twice yesterday to see if I needed a reservation. Later in the evening, they returned my phone call. So next time I know, just call sometime during the day and then they’ll call me back!

I just received the best zen feeling and medicinal massage on trigger point I have ever had! I highly recommend the owner’s husband. He has healing hands. Best pedicure! Thankyou!

I’m not someone who regularly gets their nails done, and hadn’t been to a nail salon since pre-pandemic. I was looking for a nail salon in preparation for an upcoming event, and I came across Lovely Nails via Google and saw the great reviews and photos. I went in for a mani/pedi/polish and brought my 13 yr old for a mani/pedi as well (no polish). Tony and Tim were great and I’m very impressed with their work. They honored our appointment and started us with no wait, they took their time to ensure good quality, were very patient, and I especially appreciate Tony’s sense of humor. We left refreshed and pleased with the service provided. I recommend Lovely Nails for those in the Brunswick area looking for a good nail salon.

I had a manicure & pedicure Friday . Saturday most of my fingernails were peeling. I spoke to manager who told me there is no guarantee on regular polish and they tell every client. I have never been told that. It was the fastest manicure ever. Tech divided her time between me and someone getting a full set of acrylics. Manager did not want to see my nails or even said she was sorry!
