I was excited to try this salon. I went in for a pedi and dipped powder nails. The technician took her time and at the end of my visit I was happy. The very next day, 3 of my nails had cracked and 2 nails were chipped. This is suppose to last 2-3 weeks. Completely annoyed and confused I call the location and the manager says to come in and have it corrected. I decided to go with a different color assuming something was wrong with the color powder I chose. I go through the whole process of soaking off the powder, unnecessary excessive filing (my cuticles were sore),and powder application again. The technician applied the powder let it set and saw the nails were not smooth and did that hand over again. She was sweet but I don’t think she was properly trained or ready to do this type of service. Because within two days, my nails had chipped again and one of my toe nails. Remind you, I did not do any lifting in my end or anything to compromise my nails. I actually go it done for my celebratory weekend. I’m not sure if the technician didn’t know what she was doing or if their product is defective. But we are living in a time of inflation where the cost of everything is expensive. I not only wasted money, but more importantly my time. Save your time and avoid this place.

Terrible job and customer service! I was going there for almost a year or so. Never did a great job but this is ridiculous. I was fine with the initial charge of $50 (pedicure & gel manicure) but then the owner asked for another $15 after she closed the register because it was a “French” – when it was clearly a terrible job – I Zelle it to her but won’t be back or recommend!

Every time I ask for a design they always copy it from the picture amazing service! Everyone is so kind and amazing and I recommend July she always does an amazing job!

Simply the best Nail Salon in Bergen County. My wife and I have going here since they opened and I must say they are very experienced and extremely pleasant. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for top tier nail services.

The owner and staff are by far the rudest and most inconsiderate people. Received a gel manicure and within days, the polish chipped and was peeling off. I went back to the salon in hopes of resolving the issue, however that was not the case. The staff member I spoke to informed me that the peeling/chipping was my fault. Couldn’t be the case but okay. This particular staff member was making faces, rude and not helpful in the slightest. I then approached the owner who claimed she’s never seen this happen before and proceeded to laugh. I find that VERY hard to believe. If you feel like being treated like trash for a service you paid for, this place is for you. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.
