Went to get a pedicure, chair wasn’t working, I told the nail tech and he shrugged his shoulders at the beginning. It was not until almost the end that he attempted to tell his bosses. They offered to sit me in a new chair, but it was already the end.. what would be the point? No discount was or anything was offered. They only removed the gel polish and charged me $35… If you want to go somewhere where the chairs work, and the workers attempt to resolve in the beginning rather than the end go somewhere else. I requested a refund and they also told me no. If you’d like to avoid problems do not go here

i went to get an acrylic set, and picked out a normal polish for my nails. the guy doing my nails switched my polish to gel without asking or telling me about any price change and then charged me $20 extra. the shaping was not done well and i had to go home amd reshape them, aswell as the paint job that was rushed honestly i could have done better at home. do not recommend will not be going back.

I made an appointment and waited 1 hr for him to see me, the person made my nails very different from the one in the photo at the end until shame gave me to tell him.
She didn’t feel like doing nails maybe because the French did it to me almost all over the nail I use a very LAZY technique

This was the second time we made an appointment for 2 mani/pedi’s and wanted to get them done together. Both times, one person would go and then the other. Then this last time during my pedi, which he sped through, he sliced the bone on the side of my foot. It hurt so bad! He then gave me a discount on the pedi but still had to pay nearly $50. Will not be going back.

My first visit there was a walk-in but the wait turned from 5 minutes to 20 minutes so I was encouraged to make an appointment. I was greeted the next day and got the blue polish. Doesn’t it look fabulous? So of course I returned 3 weeks later and got the rainbow nails with clear dip polish and gel color. I LOVE how my nails are looking! I can’t wait to visit again!
I continue to visit this place regularly!!!
