I’ve been going here for years. Like most salons, I get mostly satisfaction and occasionally a so-so outcome. Overall, this place does a great business. I go every two weeks like clockwork and get a fill and gel paint. I think all nail salons just get too busy at times and the workers feel hurried … so I would recommend that if you feel like the outcome isn’t to your satisfaction then point it out specifically while you are still
there to have them remedy it before you leave . I would do this in any salon. And if they don’t want to fix it THEN leave a bad review and don’t go back.

Otherwise, I’d also like to point out that I’ve witnessed them cleaning their salon daily and between clients, especially the pedicure area. They have a great selection of new gel colors and I usually get a sparkle of some kind on top of my color. They have amazing memories and often greet customers by name (even if they only met them once!) . Great job Sara and Michael and staff

The people here were very friendly. I’m writing this review as more of a warning to customers. I’ve been there twice for pedicures. Both times, I did not see them washing or sanitizing their tools in between clients. I had to ask for them to be cleaned before my service. The first time, I watched them work on someone with an obvious and bad case of nail fungus and then jump right into another person without cleaning anything. Idk if anyone has had a nail fungus before, but its almost impossible to cure. This place really needs to sanitize their tools for public health safety or should be shut down.

I have tried this salon three times and the first time with younger gentleman was great. Last two times have not been good. Second time they were adding thinner to stretch the empty/old polish. This time, my big toe nail is missing polish. WTH

Never again will I go here they were very rude especially the guy who did my nails I didn’t get what I asked for I told him I wanted medium length gel nails with French tips and instead of doing that he just does my natural nails did not listen at all and was very rough while doing my nails I could give it a zero I would
