Worst manicure of my entire life. I came in with long nails and decided to go short and they butchered them. The SNS is super thick and not an even coat. They left product on my skin and under my nails. The shapes are uneven. I wanted to cry. After the first tech tried and failed, a second one helped and made them look better if you can imagine. They still look horrible. Never coming back.

I received an email offering 10% off for my birthday. The email stated the following: “Show this email at front desk 7 days before or after from the day you get this message.” How can you show something to the front desk 7 days before you even receive it. Completely ridiculous. I did go in for a manicure & pedicure and did not receive the discount because it was a couple of days past the 7 days after receiving the email. Guess I should have super powers and be able to predict what I will receive for emails. Every business that has sent me a discount for my birthday has ALWAYS given the discount for the entire month of one’s birthday.

I received service from both Cherry and Sophia. I have been to many nail salons in Frederick, and I’ve never received customer service quite as good. I’d definitely recommend going. Not only did they communicate on general topics, but they were both eager to answer any questions I had regarding the service itself. I will definitely be going again. Sophia even fixed my nails immediately after she finished and I smugged them.

I stopped in yesterday morning for a manicure with Layla! She was so polite, accommodating and easy to get along with. We had a lovely conversation the entire time and she did exactly what I wanted!
