I came in to get an acrylic fill In and had a 5:30 appointment. The technician rushed my appointment didn’t remove all the dark green polish and applied acrylic over it, then suggested I choose a darker color as I was unhappy with the green showing through the pink I chose (looked like mold it was gross). She reluctantly started over and was short through the rest of the appointment. The green was almost completely removed but my nails are uneven, I have acrylic on my fingers. I got cut with the file. My cuticles were never trimmed. The fill in is half done at best and the acrylics are super lopsided and thick. The French tips are not as high up as I wanted but after repeatedly having to ask her to make them thicker and basically having to walk her through the entire appointment with what needed fixed or corrected I just gave up. I usually get a fill in about ever week to week and a half, my nails do not look like I just got them done tonight and look like I should be making and appointment to get them done. It was a huge waste of my time I didn’t leave till 7:30 or later and I should have just thrown $55 I spent in the trash because I hate my nails. I won’t be back and plan to just remove my nails and let them go. There isn’t a good nail place anywhere in Frederick apparently.
Michelle is absolutely fantastic; she will be the one I continue to go to!!
Stylists did a wonderful job on both mani and pedi, and the stylist performing my pedicure gave me a foot massage to die for!

My mom who was treating her granddaughter asked for money back for the nails since they didn’t finish.
It was a hard no and then they jumped to saying they have cameras and didn’t do anything wrong etc.
Basically she had blood due to cutting into the skin and told my mom that they don’t normally do nails like this because she picks her nails. They should have stopped. Whatever the main reason my daughter fainted … we cannot go back to this place. I will have a nice bill from the hospital and am grateful for the medical response team. But to have zero compassion for a child who fainted and didn’t even want to suggest a discount or anything is truly amazing.
We will not be back.
