She has the worst attitude for no reason. I asked her to pluck my eyebrows and she got pissed taking about she the only one who does eyebrows in Franklin she need to stop bc she’s not good at it anyway. I went to Lafayette where they don’t complain for doing their job. The husband act like he doesn’t see his husband having a attitude while he act like the wife 🤦🏾♀️

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Don’t like my nails at all. Very bad job! I wanted a soft pink I picked a soft pick but he chose a very loud pink and argued with me about it on top of that my nails are not filed correctly at all. I have an overlay but it looks like I have on fake nails they are big and horrible. Don’t waste your money here!!!!

Very unprofessional as a business owner in Franklin Louisiana, where this business is located. I am ashamed of the lack of treatment and professionalism that is established here. I have been refused service here three different times and I am unaware of the reasoning. If I call ahead and ask if there is a service available for a walk-in I am told yes over the phone, mind you this call is placed while I am in the parking lot of the establishment .once I walk in there is a sudden problem, and she is unwilling to service mean I hate to bring up racial discrepancies, but at this point this is the issue

The man stopped several times when doing my nails to finish somebody else. He should’ve never started on mine in the middle of doing someone else’s. My friend didn’t like how her nails came out and they were nothing like the picture she showed, they were clumpy and not even the shape she wanted. She Tried to get them fixed, we asked if they were going to repaint them as well but they said no only reshape them. We kept trying to see why they would only reshape them but not repaint them so she asked for a refund and didn’t get one. Not to mention they over charge and had they audacity to say if we don’t like it we don’t have to come back. You right we won’t ! It was 35 for my nails and I didn’t even get them painted. 25 for my toes and the lady barely did anything to my nails.
