Love this place! Even when super busy, they are quick to seat you. Broke one of my nails by accident few days after getting them done, and they fixed it for free.

Love the atmosphere and how the nail techs actually listen to you and work with you on finding the perfect color!

I’ve always enjoyed coming here and come here almost every two weeks. I figured I would not be a part of the morning rush and come in later in the afternoon at 4:30 to get my services since they don’t close until 7 PM. I wanted to relax since it had been a long, hectic week. I was checked in by the owner, seated, and was told that they were closing early once they got started on my services.

I would have appreciated being told this upfront and I would have chosen a different day to come. There was no sign posted indicating an early closure either. I didn’t get to enjoy any of my services because they were rushed to get through them and I didn’t even get all of them. I didn’t get charged for the ones I didn’t get but the owner that checked me in gave no apologies, discount or anything for the rushed service I experienced.

I work hard for what I have and deserve to be able to enjoy the experience and not be looked at as one more sale for the day no matter how I’m affected. I’ve been going here long enough and it’s time for a change. I’ve had my favorite techs over the years and even when something didn’t go right, I kept coming back. It’s time for a change to a place that still values the customer experience. If there’s a good recommendation out there, I would love to hear them.

Staff is always nice and attentive. It is very clean too. They do a good job on my pedicures. The little leg massage at the end is chefs’ kiss! I always come with my girlfriend, and they are always able to accommodate doing both our pedicures at the same time, in side by side chairs. They always offer us a beverage.

I have been coming here for the past 5 years and have always enjoyed it so much. I have tried several techs and they never disappoint. I now moved an hour away and I still come here for my nails about once a month. Is going to be very hard for me to change nails salons.

If I could rate Zero Stars I would. Requested the Jelly Pedicure and was so rushed through it did not even have a chance to soak in the Jelly. I told the tech I would like to soak longer and she nodded her head and continued on. Received no massage. Had to have my toes painted over by another technician because the 1st one just kept messing them up. Just a total waste of time and money.
