Very disappointed in the quality of my nails. Got a gel manicure on Friday in anticipation of my engagement pictures this coming Wednesday. I got a simple classic french manicure and shortly after leaving notice bubbles in the white areas on my left thumb and left ring finger. There are also quite a few bubbles you can feel in the lower part of some of my nails. I thought, oh well, it’s not super noticeable, and went on with life. I then woke up Sunday morning to my right middle finger being chipped and the start of some chipping to the pointer finger and ring finger on that hand. I was able to file the chips away without much impact on the other overall look of the nails. The main reason I’m now leaving a review is that a major chip now occurred to my right pointer finger due to a crack in the white portion that developed on Sunday. I won’t be able to easily fix this chip now before my engagement photos without noticeably changing the look of the nail. I’m just disappointed that a place with so many 5 star reviews would produce such poor quality nails that start chipping in less than 72 hours.
Update to my prior review. Olivia fixed my nails the day of my engagement pictures and she did a fabulous job. I appreciate her attention to detail and her sealing the edges of each nail. I’m so glad they were able to fix my nails in time for my engagement pictures and that they were willing to even do so without charge.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. They had the pedicures being done in a ocean and mountain scenery with the waterfall sound and light music, it was very relaxing and they offered a soft drink also John was my technicians name and he did a phenomenal job. I wanted a tricky flower as a design although it didn’t turn out exact it did turn out beautifully. Thank you, I look forward to continue using Green Bay nails and spa in the future.

I desperately needed a fill, and my regular nail artist was out on a medical leave. I was a walk in which I rarely do. I’m extremely picky. I heard great things about Green Bay nail & spa. My nail artist was Cindy. Cindy did an outstanding job with my extra long nails. Will be prebooking all my future appointments with her! Thank you Cindy! 🥰

Love this new add to Bellevue!! The salon has a wonderful ambiance with chandeliers and separated area for pedicures. The pedicure area is setup in a relaxing environment with dimmed lighting and features a waterfall wall that adds to the overall experience. And of course the pedicure was one of the best I’ve had in ages!!! This will be my new regular salon!!
