The nail technician, David, quoted my daughter and I a price and then charged us $30 more.
He then gave me a pedicure where he took off and put on gel polish and cut my cuticles. For this, he charged me $70. No scrub, no legs, no lotion, no warm towels, no nothing else.
My review only includes the nail salon, NOT the brow salon. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend. The experience was horrific and very embarrassing.
The attached pictures were taken on 5/17/24, the exact date of service. This was roughly 45 minutes after service and while I was still at the mall.

Went here to get my eyebrows threaded and the worst mistake ever! She cut my eyebrow and my chin! Was heavy handed on my face. THEN PROCEEDED to use rubbing alcohol on my face! Didn’t give me a tissue to even wipe the hair off my face! My eyebrows are uneven. Then she had the nerve to smack her lips when I told her I didn’t like my eyebrows and didn’t tip her . Just overall disrespectful. I hope this place gets shut down . Didn’t even wash her hands. She stopped in the middle of doing my eyebrows to finish some girl lashes. DO NOT GO HERE! ZERO STARS

Words can not describe how terrible these people are. DO NOT GO HERE. I got the whole bundle of threading/eyebrow tinting and ended up with no brows, burnt skin, and swollen eyes. Just because the rude lady left on the dye for more than 30 minutes. I never got tinted brows before and had no idea how it worked. The next day, I woke up with my eyes swollen shut and brows burning and all fallen off. I asked for a refund back of $58 and the owner made a whole hassle about it… just to get $58 back instead of suing. My vacation was ruined along with my face. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICES ARE, ITS NOT WORTH IT. I have given them so many chances through out the years spending over 100s of dollars and they always never fail to screw things up. At this point, the place needs to be taken down. Please be careful.

my mom and I got our nails done by the male Tech. The nails are thin and beautifully shaped. He did not do a base coat but that’s okay. all of the prices are clearly stated on the sign. Gel is in the ditional 40 on top of a $28 acrylic. I’m very happy with the results and we’ll be going back.

Terrible! The lady tried to first put the lashes on without the protective pads. I should have stopped her then. She used way too much glue and it got into my eyes and my left eye is incredibly irritated and several lashes fell off as soon as I got home. I am having them removed tomorrow at another lash location and I will never come back here. They do not need to have a license.
