If I could give them no stars I would. I have been going to them for 2 years, first year they did amazing. This year my nails have not lasted over a week, my nails always have lasted 3-4 weeks. I’m guessing the solution they have is more watered down this is causing my nails to decrease in lasting! I will go somewhere else. I was a faithful customer but now I’ll go somewhere else, until I learn to do them myself. I just got them redone this past Saturday 1st. It was the 6th when it came off. I won’t tolerate this kind of behavior again. You know your material isn’t lasting long, although I do use my right hand more(what he conjured up to state was the issue) my nails over 10 years have lasted.

DO NOT GO HERE. They are so bad. They did nothing but soak my feet in water dry them and then put polish. The guy there put polish on my nails and then hit it. He then blamed it on me and shook his head. They were gossiping about us and talking about the choices we make and how we “messed up” our nails. They were not social at all and didn’t even talk. We also had to wait THREE HOURS just to get nail polish, not even gel just plain polish. They had only 1-2 workers there and there were at least 10 people waiting to get their nails done. When they were finally done I saw that there were bubbles in the nail polish and told them and they said it will fix by it’s self (it never fixed). I told them to cut my nails but the shaped them into squares and when I told them to fix it and cut it again, they said no it looks good. THEY DIDNT EVEN SHAPE THEM EVENLY. They hit my daughters nails and ruined her toes and said that it was fine and told her to dry it. I can do better than this at home. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN NO MATTER WHAT!!! I stopped in for an emergency nail replacement, just one of my nails needed replaced! The lovely gentleman that helped me goes by the name of Trouble. He was an absolute DOLL! He fixed me up in no time, and did an outstanding job might I add. He matched my nail shape, length, and color!! I was back on the road in no time at all! Annnnd when I went to the counter to pay he denied my money, told me it was on the house! This salon is gorgeous, the chairs are comfortable, atmosphere is classy, the hospitality is a 100/10. I have already, and will continue to tell my friends and family! Everyone needs a little Trouble in their lives! 😜

I went in to get my acrylics taken off, and ended up in so much pain! I thought it would be better to go get them taken off professionally, rather than doing it myself. I thought she would soak them and then take them off gently, but no! she just started ripping them off! she tore a chunk out of my thumb nail, and ripped the end of my pointer nail so so short! I ended up just crying and in so much pain! I wouldn’t be surprised if I get an infection. do not go here they suck 🙁

Tina took care of my manicure and painted them pretty with orange flowers and she also painted flowers on my decorative 70s eyeglasses.
