Fantastic as always. Jenny takes great care of my nails, perfect shape, length, and stellar color every time. She has a lovely demeanor and is quite humorous.

Donna has amazing hands, is very patient, and detailed in her pedicure/foot massage technique.

I felt very catered to and thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Since I wanted both toes and nails I made sure to call for a time slot. The ladies were very communicative in letting me know despite their busy schedule that my presence was important and appreciated.

Do not go here! I paid $65 to get a brand new set with colored acrylic powder. When I came back to get a fill on 2 weeks later they charged me the same price and tried to come up with lies as to why the price was the same, even though their sign literally says $40 for a fill in! I wouldn’t mind paying more if the quality was great but it isn’t so don’t waste your time or money!!!

Not a good experience at all, not welcoming or kind. Would not recommend. Its my second time giving them a chance, as I give everyone a little grace. Its been a while since ive been in. This time, I chose not to have services done and went elsewhere

Oldest daughter and I went in for pedicures, younger daughter polish only. Repeated what we requested to me and said 30 minute wait. Waited about 10 before being asked again why we were there, finally get daughters in chairs to start. Lady starting water was exceptionally short with my shy daughter, I forgave that but then she asked a 3rd time what we needed. She then told me with a very abrupt tone that they could not do all the pedicures because we did not tell them we needed more than one and they had appointments scheduled. I told her we had repeatedly told them and even looked to other customers in the salon who said yes you did tell them multiple times. I put up the gel wheel and was prepared to just not get one and let my daughters have theirs since time was an issue. When I turn around my shy daughter (who has already been made uncomfortable by the nail techs behavior) and she is starting to get teary because I just gave up my spot for her. Told her it was ok, and she started tearing up so I reassured her again and then asked if she just wanted to go somewhere else. The nail tech then asks if we are going somewhere else, if we want to just go and my daughter is completely red faced and upset I said yeah I think so. So the nail tech then says fine then just go. I looked at the other customer again and she said “she’s always like that”… entirely too many nail salons in Ellijay to deal with rude people, especially when the problem stemmed from them just not listening in the first place. We found another salon easily and had absolutely NO problems.

Update: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I went back to the salon for a mani, hoping to have a better experience and try again. I walked in and after being told to sit in chair #2 and then waiting 20 min sitting there, they said I needed to come back in 40 min because they were too busy to get to me. I left the salon and about 1/2 hr later I received a text from the manager telling me: “go elsewhere and good luck”.. all this because they were mad I didn’t leave them a 5 star review!
This is an absolutely ridiculous means to do business and very unprofessional. With so many other nail spas around, the only one that will need good luck is this place!

I’m not sure what happened this time around but to pay$80 for the top pedi and then get charged add’l $10 on top of that for wax is crazy. The top of the line pedi always includes wax! The woman didn’t sluff the dead skin off of the heels of my feet and when I mentioned it she told me to put lotion on it… seriously? We did a double pedi, paid over $125 for the service but it wasn’t worth it —-really feel we got taken…the owner is great but we got someone else and she just wasn’t on her game. Time to try another nail salon.
