Horrible experience!
This woman named Lily told me that she has 20 yrs. experience as nail technician.! Looks like she doesn’t mind providing her messy services for 20 years.
She put very little effort in trimming cuticles. Also, the application of the polish was careless.
I had to find another professional to remove this mess and redo my nails.

The only positive thing I have to say is that they got me in quickly.. unfortunately I think I understand why. Not one tool used was clean (nail file, drill, brush etc). The paper towel they wanted me to put my hands on was even used prior. The polish is heavily globbed on, not one of my nails is the same length/shape and I feel like I need a tetanus shot lol. Not to mention- the woman who did my nails was on FaceTime the entire time. The state board is slacking on this one.

I love getting my nails done here, but the woman I had was in such a rush. She was rude , on the phone the whole time she was doing my nails and too me that was rude The whole entire time I had to tell her my colour 4 different times. It took her like 30 minutes to do my nails when normally takes about an hour or an hour and a half. I would rather it take an hour and look good then in 30 minutes and look bad, next time I come, I want Nikki to do my nails. She dose them perfectly perfectly and it was my fault. I should’ve asked her. My gel nail has fuzz and it’s all bubbly

I just moved here and was searching for somewhere to get my nails done. This place was so nice and clean. The lady who did my nail payed attention to detail more than i have ever seen. LOVE!! I picked the main color and then just let her have fun with the designs. I loved her work it screams me and my style but also allowed her to show her beautiful art. Definitely will go back and bring the girls with me.
