I went in and asked them to fix a small chip on my gel pedicure. They turned me away and stated they had other appointments yet someone was available. Would have taken 2 minutes at most. Won’t ever be returning here nor recommending.

Terrible service, I had to wait for a pedicure because they only had one person available. After waiting someone else was seated before me. Then I had to wait in between my pedicure for another person to finish it. 0/10 experience wouldn’t come back at all.

I love the layout of this salon. It is airy and comfortable. My nail tech is wonderful and needless to say, she does a wonderful job! The pricing is affordable for all the work they do….and you get a brief massage on your hands, lower arms and back after your nails are done! Wonderful!!!

I had a wonderful experience with a pedicure, it was very nice and relaxing. I got my manicure done and I was quoted $45 for a manicure and $30 for a pedicure and when I was done the nail tech said that it was $127 for the manicure and pedicure. I asked her how that was the price and she said it was because it was a new set. When I called on the phone about getting a manicure and a pedicure she said that those were the prices. I paid the money and I didn’t make a scene but I will not be returning because that is not how you run a business

Definitely overpriced. My daughter and her friend visited this place for the first time. My daughter called to make an appointment and we assume they didn’t hear that she had asked the prices with nail tips, so they said gel manicure is $30 and regular polish manicure is $12. My daughter and her friend get to the place and ask again what the price with tips is, they say $90 for gel + tips, and $80-87 with regular + tips. Utterly ridiculous pricing! Maybe it’s the norm in the area, but having paid for similar services in Philly and surrounding suburbs, can proudly say never spent more than $50, so this $80+ pricing is just crazy. Also, when they were getting up to leave, the nail techs were giggling and I guess making fun of them for not wanting to spend an unreasonable amount of money. Plus, seems like they make up the prices per customer…the nail tech thought about it for a while what to charge them….they don’t have set prices. 100% don’t trust this place.
My daughter usually does her nails herself. Nail tips are like $8 for 300 from amazon, glue is like $6 for 2, nail color is like $9….just because she wanted to rest and be pampered, she almost got cheated out of $90.
