Not good since moved to new owners. I called to get an appointment several times with what I now realize is one of the techs that left. They kept telling me she’s not there and hung up on me when I asked when the tech would be back. I called back to get another appointment with someone else and I guess they just have enough business that they were too busy. They said come next week and hung up on me again. I finally found where the previous owners Tiffany opened up a new shop called Glossy nails on MacArthur, going there instead.

The nail technician at the FD literally used her own unsanitary nails to pry off my previous dip nails. The entire point of going to a professional is to avoid nail damage, but this experience was bizarre and left my nails bruised and destroyed. Additionally, she didn’t know how to use the electric nail drill properly. Avoid this place if you can.

Had the worse experience ever! I would never recommend this place! I can’t believe they still asked if I was gonna leave a tip after the horrible nails they did! How can they even let someone out like this……

It was my first time here, my visit was based on their reviews. I was a walk in w/ out a appointment..Holly was my Technician and she meet my expectations of my 1st experience at this salon.. great customer service and Holly and I had a very good conversation while getting my nails done. I definitely recommended and I will be back soon!! Thank you Holly, I love my nails!

They are so friendly and are definitely taking covid-19 precautions! My toes and nails were in dire need of aid due to quarantine and social distancing! It was definitely time! They did an amazing job! Sorry yall, I’m a simple girl. Wish I had a picture of those long flashy nails…. but they are just as I am simple short and natural. Regardless, she got it done just to my liking! Will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you Tex!
