2nd he kept rushing or just huffing and puffing if I asked to make my nails even or to fix soemthing.
Thirdly, I asked for a heart small one and he’s rushing through and it looks not so great and i expressed that if he can fix it because it’s just not done right. He huffs and puffs more and then does a clear coat on the white heart causing the wet white one to spread on my red… and i immediately
4th say can you fix this, look it’s now on the red, it’s just not a clean look.
He PROCEEDS TO IGNORE ME, and continues with my nails.
Then at the end i say I’m not paying for these two design fingers because you ignored me after asking 2/3 times to fix it or if he is going to.
Not only does he not charge me for it fine okay, but it’s the fact that now I’m stuck with this poor un clean design. Could’ve found someone to do it better instead of me walking out disliking my nails.
Call me annoying bc I’m paying for these nails and poor customer service. He just was rude overall. Not coming back.
I payed and fix it but will not visit them again!
Tony (the owner) does my manicure and Ms Kim pedicure. They are absolutely amazing. Whoever said that they were not treated good enough must be rude, disrespectful or racist (I overheard some conversations 😨). Lots of people make appointments and no show/no call 3 times and the 4th time they get mad if they have to wait when they finally show up late. If you are disrespectful then don’t expect to be treated like a queen.

It is the third time I’m getting my nails here and I’m definitely coming back. Cuticles are perfect and my nails look awesome up to 3 weeks (nails grow 😃) Tony does a great job. Very professional 👍 I love it! ❤️
