I took my mother here for multiple services for Mother’s Day last year. What should have been an enjoyable mother daughter moment was ruined by these people’s suspicions because we were getting several different services at one time. They were rude and indifferent towards us. Made me stop in the middle of getting my nails done to pay for our services and made me feel like I had done something wrong. Also, while I was in there waiting (for a long time) a young lady had acrylic nails done. She was quite young and timid. She went out after paying and came back in and told them she was not happy with the nails. They treated her so nasty and ugly. I will never go back here as long as I live and with Mother’s Day coming up it brought this memory back and I felt compelled to share my experience here. I’m really sad they ruined that moment for us

Love love love the nails Thomas did for me!!! Actually the best set I’ve gotten! His attention to detail and the cuticles will make this last an extra week easily. I’m so pleased with the service and the price, JMU students use your student discount too.
I will be coming back here everytime I need my nails done now❕❕🫶🏻🙌🏻

Crystal took care of myself and my husband. I admire her tenacity to bring perfection and satisfaction to her customers. My husband got a pedicure with me and she took very good care of him and the flaws of a hard working mans feet. She took over my pedicure and had an eye to correct and perfect before polishing. Then she graciously did my nails in such a beautiful color, again paying close attention to detail and to my satisfaction. One of my fingers had been cut in the past leaving my finger a little less straight and she strived to make it look it’s best to match the others. She even went as far as taking the acrylic off just so she could adjust it without me having to mention a thing. She is definitely one looking out for her customers best interest. I truly appreciate and respect this famiybusiness and the hospitality they showed my husband and I. It was altogether peaceful and such a great atmosphere to be in with kind people. I definitely recommend them and will gladly continue to support them with my return.

This was my first time getting my nails done, and it was for my freshman homecoming. I was really excited to go and I never thought this would happen. The woman who greeted us when we walked in told us to pick up a color. I didn’t even get half way over to the nail polish when a man grabbed my arm and said go sit. He said pick your color later. When they were filing my nails they cut them up, and both my pinky nails were bleeding. After the acrylic was put on I asked if I was supposed to wash my hands before they were painted. The man doing my nails said no. But from research I’ve done, I’m pretty sure I am supposed to wash them because of the chemicals from the acrylic. He did not ask me what design I wanted. Or if the color was okay. I didn’t realize he was done and he just walked away. When I said I wanted a design he proceeded to yell at me.
