Very unprofessional. Didn’t discuss payment methods beforehand and then had very limited options to be paid through. She only had. Venmo. What if I wanted to pay with a credit card? Never discussed that cash only was preferred. Then when I called to book again was refused because of alleged billing restructuring. However, the next day a friend of mine was able to book the exact same service and was never told anything about business restructuring. So so so unprofessional. Not to mention my nails from last appointment had to be completely removes because complete lack of quality application.

This experience was amazing!! Kiki is professional and creative and provided the perfect concierge service for my nails! My nails are dope! Prior to my appointment, she took time to answer all of my questions (there were many) and made me feel comfortable and confident in the ability of all the Beautify artists! I cannot wait for my next appointment! So many designs that I want to try! If you’re looking for a real nail artist, look no further! Book with Beautify!!
