If I could leave 0 stars I would. This establishment left me in disbelief. I got my nails done Friday 7/21 right before my flight. As soon as I got through tsa 2 of my nails popped off. I didn’t feel when they broke. On the day of my return. Another popped off like a press on. I immediately came to the nail salon and ask that they replace my nails. They asked why I didn’t come back right away and explained I went away. The tech that did my nails immediately said that she never did my nails and she can’t fix them. They then offer me to pay for 2 nails instead of 1. When I asked why, they refused my service and didn’t want to speak to me anymore. No one wanted to hear how I felt. The tech even turned around to tell me that she didn’t care if I was a paying customer or not. What hurt me the most is that my Nails looked good but she made them thin and they broke easily. Instead of talking to me and providing customer service , they automatically dismissed me. Poor service and my consumer complaint has been filed. They better hope everyone is licensed when they get this certified mail

Pedicure was done so fast while the technician talked to another worker the whole time. I have never had a pedicure where I said “OUCH” and also pulled my foot away so many times. She dug in the corner of my nail & it’s still infected 3 weeks later. Feet were not soaked at all. Waste of time & money. Also, they tried to add a tip on my credit card & I had to dispute. STAY CLEAR of this place!!! Contacting the health department & better business bureau. I really don’t know how they’re still in business.

It’s the best nail place in the area for acrylics and designs. They work with you on whatever you want and they don’t over charge like other places. The sets stay on a month or more without lifting and they take personal appointments for the tech u want, they even give out their cell numbers . Prices are great too 👍 I’d suggest making an appointment cuz there’s usually a wait

Awful,dirty, place. Terrible, unfriendly technican. I went yesterday and the place looked unsanitary, I felt dirty the whole time I was there. Immediately left went home and took a shower. The tech. talked the whole time to another co-worker. Not to mention her work was not up to par. I left a tip she never did say thank you. Never again will I step foot in this place! When I got a waxing she never cleaned my face before nor after. Aweful Aweful experience!!
