My daughter (7) and I went to get our nails Sunday and we were greated by a gentleman who was very nice and welcoming. My daughter received a manicure by a lady who acted as if she was a bother. Mind you I paid for a manicure not just a paint job, took all of five minutes. She was extremely disappointed. I got a full set and have been getting my nails done for years. This is by far the worst quality and customer service I have ever received. The lady was rushing and did not care about the quality of work but just to get another customer in the seat. Everyone else was offered a beverage or if they needed anything, I received no communication except it would be $10.00 more. I am getting these removed elsewhere today and they were horrified by the quality they wouldn’t even do a color change for me but required a new set. Fyi- this is supposed to be a chrome top coat, not scratched glitter.

I just got my nails done Saturday. I spent a $120 dollars for a gel manicure and gel French pedicure . My nails are already lifting. The lady made the shape too thick. I would not recommend this place in town. I’m pretty disappointed

I have gone here a few times and am really disappointed with my latest visit. I got my acrylics taken off and the technician cut them off at different lengths so a few of my nails are more noticeably uneven. Additionally, as you can see one of the nails has the polish already mostly peeled off. This was a ‘gel’ manicure I got less than 10 days ago, and the reason why there’s more of a gap from the bottom is because the paint wasn’t applied to the whole nail (near the cuticle and side edges specifically) to begin with. It was either a poorly done gel manicure or I unknowingly received regular polish; it’s coming off easily with acetone but I don’t feel like arguing with them about it. Some other reviews have highlighted this issue as well.

When I went to use the rewards card at the end of this appointment they said it wasn’t registered correctly and tried to just give me a new card. Since I already should’ve accumulated points on it, I asked for the manager who I knew had swiped my reward card before and said it worked. It was super embarrassing at this point because a couple of the technicians were rolling their eyes and it made me feel like a huge bother, even though the issue wasn’t my fault.

At this point, I still thought I’d return to the salon, but with how the nails have been chipping this past week I’m going to go to a different salon. It appears this location is more expensive than some other places in the area with gel manicures being 55-65 (without tip) depending on what you get. I’d be fine paying that long term if the quality and customer service was better. 🙁

One last point, I’ve read through other reviews about complimentary wine / fruit? I’ve never been offered either. I was always under the impression that wine was an additional charge. If it’s included in the service that would’ve been useful to know.

I’m only giving this 4 stars because of Amy Tommy! I appreciate her professionalism, craft, and customer service after my frustration with Dani. If it was based on Dani it would be a zero!

Dani made an appointment with me and then after 30 minutes of sitting and waiting told me she had customers and could not do my nails. Only after I asked how much longer. She never acknowledged me before that. I understand being busy but don’t make an appointment if you can’t honor it. I am from out of town and was recommended to come to her but never again!

I don’t appreciate how I was treated by Dani but am thankful that Amy Tommy was able to help! Ask for her when you call. Nothing worse than terrible customer service! Amy Tommy is good all the way around!

I am a client here, weve been coming here every 2 weeks since last year. It seems like everytime we come, the prices change and we get rushed out. If you do come here, book with Tracy, or Thanh. They do very good work, and do not rush. Amy as well, she takes her time and is very precise.

DO NOT COME HERE
