I loved this place so much ! I went to the new nail lady Adilyn. She was very professional and made sure I liked my nails.

I’ve been going to LA nails for years and never had a problem. However, I went today and unfortunately I do not know the new nail tech name. She is fairly new, Hispanic and heavy set.Very unprofessional, rude and do not belong in a setting servicing people. The entire time I was getting my nails done she was on her phone meanwhile the nail polish was crinkling up and she said it was because I was removing my hands from the dryer and putting them back in while they were not dry. The dryer kept turning off after6 or 7 seconds so yes I pulled my hands out to restart it. However, if she had been attentive she would have known what was happening but it was my fault according to her because I didn’t tell her. When I brought it to her attention she became defensive and said she can talk on the phone with her friends and told me she didn’t get mad at me falling asleep. The nerve of her. I told her it didn’t matter if I was falling asleep as long as it doesn’t affect what she’s doing and she does not pay me but I am paying her. I mean if that’s not rude I don’t know what is. This is the 2nd time I’ve been in there and the whole time she’s doing your nails she’s on FaceTime. She’s young and ignorant and should not be in a place of business as such if she does not know how to conduct herself afterall what do she really care, it’s not her place of business. I can’t stand people who feel entitled and ungrateful. On top of that my nails look a mess. I had 2 nails that were broken because of time restraints I could only get one soaked off and I didn’t have enough time to ask her questions because she’s on the phone. I asked her if she could repair my nail she said it’s not the right way to do it. She did not touch the nail and asked me if I wanted it painted and of course I said yes and I asked her if she can file it down she declined.
The young lady argued that she love what she do. She did not display she loved being a nail tech. She displayed ignorance and immaturity. On top of that she not the greatest nail tech.
Good luck having someone like that as an employee at LA nails. I won’t be back for sure.

These nail techs here know what they are doing and how they should do to make your nails look good. For many visits here I noticed they never try to sale you their upgrades/add-on service unless it really necessary, like replace the one nail that you can’t old on any longer, eyebrows wax/shape Lol… so don’t feel personal if they ever ask you those questions. It seems like they read my mind everytime. Have all my nails off at this pandamic time, but I just can’t wait to get my hands and feet done for summer, and my brows shape-up… You know, those little things that make you feel pretty!

Crooked, lumps, and bumps! Oh my! These puppies belong on a nail shaming facebook group. They were so bad. I felt bad complaining, but after being financially assaulted for $48 for this trash, I figured I would go in and ask for them to be fixed. If they were $30, I probably wouldn’t have. I told the owner, “hey look… these are really bad. Can some one please fix them?” He belittled me in front of other customers and I was very polite about it. He told me he didn’t know if he could fit me in tomorrow and I would need the set completely removed and this is completely false. I believe IF I did come again, he would have charged me for a full set. Ladies of Trenton, you deserve better. The AUDACITY of this place to charged $48 for trash and then try to make me look like the bad guy. I cant believe they have a 4 star rating.
