Cheyenne did an amazing job on my nails!! The salon was very busy but the receptionist, Natalie with the amazing hair was very professional and had me setup with Cheyenne in a very short amount of time. she answered all my questions without rushing. It was my first time but definitely not the last! Thank you both for taking the time to make me feel comfortable, heard, and appreciated. I will definitely be sharing my experience! 🤗

I came to this nail salon last month for a gel manicure and removal of gel polish and I was appalled by the price tag of $70 dollars!
This place is very nice and clean but the quality of work I received did not match the price tag for my simple gel manicure. Also the gel on my nails started to peel and break a week later.
The lady charged me $20 for removal for my overlay and $50 for a simple gel manicure. I will never come here again. I did not tip because I did not feel the quality was reasonable for that price tag. It seems consumers are paying for these companies overhead and the quality is lacking and not there.
Ladies save your money and time and started doing your own nails.

I came in the other day and I have to say Natali was the sweetest person in the nail salon. Whoever hired her definitely made the right choice she communicated very well and was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve been to a few nail salons in the Culver City area and most times the people working seem very moody and all about the dollar less about the customer. Whoever trained her did an excellent job I’ve never been to an establishment with someone as upbeat and personable. The nail tech was sweet and got the job done in a reasonable time it’s unfortunate I can’t remember her name. It is Very rare that I do reviews but I had to make sure I let you all know how amazing the salon is. This establishment definitely gained a regular out of me because of how amazing the entire staff is. I will be letting my girls know to check you guys out. Thanks again.

I typically come to this salon but will not be coming back. I went for my birthday nails and my cuticles were cut off so much I started bleeding severely it took 3+ hours for a gel x manicure. The technician didn’t even say sorry, but “it’s not the first time someone gotten cut here.” Made me feel like it was my fault she kept cutting me so I bled… At the end when I asked for money to be shaved off because of it, they laughed, and then gave $5 back….I then posted my nails on my story and my friends commented that my cuticles looked so bad. My cut still hurts.

I’ve tried giving the benefit of the doubt and been disappointed every time. The front desk girl had an horrrrrible attitude and very unwelcoming every time I go in. My manicures have come out wonky after sitting in the chair for 2+ hours… French tip was so sideways after asking for her to fix it, I was tired of being in the chair at hour 2. The red nails I asked for; they said they didn’t have the color (so why did you have the sample out??) and then twice brought a color that was nothing like it. At the second attempt I just was so over it. And on top of all that, cash only. Not a relaxing or accommodating nail spa AT ALL.
