Lori was incredible. I didn’t even get the expensive pedicure but she worked just as hard as if I paid top dollar. The dude working the front desk, Dennis is an actual angel. Having a rough day and he could tell by my vibe and both of them brightened my day. I’d recommend this place x10

This is my first time going to a nail salon in Denton. This will be the last time that I will visit this particular nail salon. The guy at the front was nice and friendly but one of the guy nail tech (name starts with D) did a horrible job and accused me of having crooked fingers and crooked toes for an overlay, which he did not bother to shape or listen to any of my request, I had to ask him to stop filing my nails so that I can ask the front guy to have someone else work on my nails. Her name was Tiffany and she was able to fix it but I am not pleased because the guy nail tech was very rude and offensive & wanted to dismiss me and disregard anything I said I was charged $90 for something that should’ve been 60 for a fill and regular polish. The only enhancement that I received was a nail tip on my two big toes which should’ve been $10-$15. The other nail tech who painted my toes, did a sloppy job because you can see the lumps within the paint .Maybe this place is for their regular customers who get treated better but I feel like because I was black, and expressed that I was not happy I was looked at in a negative way . Afterwards I could tell that he went over to Other nail tech to talk about me in his own language, which was still rude, because everyone wanted to stare at me to figure out why I would not continue to accept his service. Very unacceptable. I will not be coming back, and I do not recommend to any newcomers.

Great service Jay did an amazing job he was so fast but yet so precise. I usually have to set aside 2 hrs to get my nails done but he did them in an hour or less.
