I was very disappointed after I left the nail salon. I’m the type of customer that likes to trust the process and also out my trust in the employees. I got a gel fill. I felt as if my fill was rushed, taking 35 minutes. Didn’t take very much time reshaping my nails. They are wonky, not fully in the coffin shape that I asked for and non of them look relatively identical. Some of my nails are rounded on one side and straight on the other resulting in a crooked looking nail. Nail polish was left one my skin, not much but noticeable. Afterwards, oil was put on my cuticles but it was so much it was dripping down my fingers and onto my palms. I had to take a paper towel to wipe it away. I normally like the cuticle oil but I never had it where it was dripping down my palms. You can also notice a difference in length between a few of my nails, I know it’s not going to be perfect but there’s some significant differences . Overall disappointed by the carelessness and the missed details.

Just wanted to call out the nail artist Jennifer. She did a beautiful job. I’m so happy with my nails. She had a great attitude and made me feel really comfortable. She also waxed my eyebrows nicely.

Kay does the best pedicures, she actually takes the time to cut around the nail and remove the gunk/nail on the sides, no one else even remotely does this.
I tried a manicure here with tips. The design was fairly simple but I was told it was hard bcuz the nails were short. It’s only been 5 days since I got them done and the white lines are already fading and coming off. Not the best work I’ve seen.

Paid $145 for a gel set with a simple dot designs and a longer set for my partner. Mine chipped 2 days after (the morning of my graduation) and my partners broke 3 days after. Definitely not worth the money. During the service a roach scurried under my feet. I didn’t know why until I noticed a girl come towards me to come a clean a drink spill they left to dry up. Every guy working there could’ve cleaned it but instead were sitting on their phones. Very disappointing.

I absolutely love Serenity Nails & Spa. It’s been a few times now, and I’ve always had a lovely experience, leaving every time with wonderfully done manicures/pedicures – my nails always look amazing! Today, I saw Vivian, and she was a delight – so sweet and kind. I’ve smiled every time I’ve looked at my nails since leaving the salon. Thank you!
