Jessica is literally the best ever. Went in for a hair cut to get my split ends cut. Didn’t want my hair too short, she did her very best to get it exactly how I wanted it and it came out better than I wanted! She took her time and has great conversation and customer service. Definitely will be coming back.

This place is amazing! Melanie is a true artist of her craft. During the process she started drying my hair and ended up not liking the color on me. Said it was to light so she started all over again. I loved her honesty and making sure I looked good. Where as other hairstylists would have just called it good. I truly love this hair salon and I WILL be going back soon for a keratin treatment or what ever else I decided. Thank you Melanie. You did an AMAZING JOB!

Southern Roots salon has one of th Brest atmosphere in Victoria! They treat you as guests instead if just another client. They make you feel welcome in another words. From being greeted at the door to a “how are you doing” in the chair. Making you feel like a friend rather than a next appointment. Jessica always satisfies my nail needs for any kind I need/want. She not only specializes in just manicures but all you hair and facial needs! She is a wonderful kind person. Go to Southern Roots and ask for any of those wonderful ladies in there! They will give you your money’s worth and a nice time!

Jessica was so awesome, very professional and she got the color I wanted. I’ve been trying to get this color for so long. No brassy look and I will only let her touch my hair now. She is worth the drive. I drive 2 hours just to see her. I highly recommend her. Price was great also thanks Jessica for giving me wonderful service.
