Avoid! I went in for a full pedicure and won’t ever return. First, there were bugs in the polish display. I ignored as it may not be the cleaning weekend and I didn’t want to judge. I was asked to go and sit in the chair. The lady who performs pedicure is the main lady who typically speaks when you come in and asks what services you’d like. She didn’t cut nor file my toenails down. The polish job was terrible. So much so the woman next to me said she needs to redo. The polish was clumpy on my big toes and not fully polished on there other toes. When I pointed it out, she started over and still didn’t fully cover my nail. I had to tell her to fix it. After fixing it, she went on to put the clear on and you could clearly there were parts on my toes that did not get the top coat. I had to ask her to fix it. I don’t understand why she rushed my pedicure. I sat down at the same time with my friend and was finished 15mins before she started getting polished. We requested the same service. Waste of time and money. If you don’t want to work, don’t go.

At first, thought the nail tech was not licensed. He kept drilling my nails down until they were all hot. The nail removal seemed to have taken longer than it should have. The menu says nail removal is $10+. They charged me $15 because I initially came in for an acrylic fill, but decided to just get it removed instead. I was the only customer in the building. I don’t plan on returning.

Spent 239$ for pedi & mani., 3 ppl. Nails broke off within a week & handled me rough after the owner informed of the pedicure not being worth the $$$.

I’ve been to this place about 10 times. Today I forgot my wallet. I didn’t realize until I went up to the counter and when I went to tell the lady that I talked to every time I come here she said that I have to leave my phone which I will not. She and the “manager”I made me feel so uncomfortable in front of my daughter to tell me I need to leave my property while I go for my wallet. Then they both told me I need to give them an ID when I explained several times accidentally left my whole wallet at home. What type of business would do and behave this way towards a customer?! I try not to make a big deal out of it but as I realize it it’s absolutely disgusting that you treat a customer with such embarrassing ways because you do not trust customers and I ended up having my daughter stay there while I went to go pick up the wallet because they were making such a big deal and making us feel so uncomfortable when I’m getting simple overlay. I went home and paid for the service but will never come here again and I am filing a complaint with the State. This is absolutely unacceptable and if you consider coming here, don’t. They don’t take the customer into consideration and the good customers into any consideration because they have lost the customer and hopefully you will read this and understand that this is not the place where you should come and waste your time or your money to get your nails done that should be a peaceful and quiet time.
