They tag teamed me. Lol Susan and Michael did a beautiful job on my hands and feet. They were very kind, sweet, gentle, and socially active. Susan did exactly what I wanted on my hands and was mindful of my hurt finger. It was like Susan and Michael knew exactly what I wanted. This is now my go-to nail salon after so long of searching! Thank you for taking good good care of me❤️

This place used to good, however the last few times I have went I’ve left disappointed and this time bleeding. They do not operate with integrity, often doing whatever they want with your nails. In the case I asked for a soak off for my current existing SNS nails. The man who I believe in the owner/manager (always wears a hat, smokes often outside), then proceeds to try prying my nails off, leaving me bleeding. He does not apologize, instead saying “I soak off for you”. At this point I refuse service as he has already injured me.

Emily is one of the greatest nail tech. She is detailed and her work is neat, been going to Emily for years now. Drive 1hr for her to get my eyelashes, nails and eyebrows. All in one ☝️. Bring your own nails design ideas and she will do them for you.

My nail broke and the person who fixed it made it worse. come to this place by appointment only and if you have a nail tech that becomes your favorite make sure you know when they are scheduled to work.. dont come in as a walk in and think you will be treated fairly… I love to get what they call “dip powder” or “SNS” on my tips or full set…my first time I found Susan.. I came from another salon that didn’t quite give me what I was looking for… I like a very sharp tip stiletto shape not almond or coffin.. anyways Susan was able to get me together my first experience. I came back in another day without booking with Susan and got Lisa whom didn’t quite get me what I wanted but hey I rolled with it.. then last week because it was my 40th … I made sure I actually booked an appointment with Susan (so that I actually get what I want) per usual Susan came through and did an awesome job.. I also got a pedicure and loved how I was treated.. everyone even approached me with “happy birthday!” It was so much love.. I tipped and went on to have a great birthday… until… upon my arrival back from being away.. I was getting off of an airplane and in front of me was an older woman whom was struggling.. she began to lose balance like she was going to fall… my instinct was to grab her so she wouldn’t hit the ground face first… while doing so my nail snagged and broke.. ugh the pain… although the woman was safe my nail was tore up by this point.. I called VIP nails on my way home from my flight .. a woman answers and says Susan isn’t working … asked me to come in the following day but my mail hurt so bad .. she then said come on in and someone would help me…. I get there and was seated with the first nail tech whom seemed like she was sleeping in the pedicure chair so to me she seemed annoyed upon dealing with me.. I’m unsure of what was said to her as of course I don’t speak their language (which to me is so rude) but then the tech looks at me and says “you didn’t get your nails done here” while looking over my nails in disgust… I was confused and reassured her whom did my nails (Susan) while even pointing to the chair Susan sits at.. I then began to say to the woman that I could wait on another tech if there is a problem.. one thing I’m not doing is begging or selling myself to people I’m paying and tipping to do a service.. the way she looked at me was like I was some broke peasant but I’m realizing people will treat you bad .. especially when they don’t know what they are doing.. I then pointed to the gentleman whom works there and said “I know he can help it’s just one nail” .. “ I see he’s busy so I can come back if needed I just have this one nail”. On top of that this same guy helped Lisa better shape my nails the last time I got them done.. long story short the woman whom sat me then said “well go over and ask him to do your nail” first of all why are you so hostile.. second I don’t work here mam’ respectfully again why do Koreans treat black woman especially dark skin women so bad?? Why would anyone take me asking for better service personally? I’m so confused ..wait..that’s not it.. the woman then seats me back at the front by the door to wait… then 10 minutes later sits me with another tech.. this tech acts like my finger is falling off and although there is no blood involved .. I could tell she felt uncomfortable.. I’m unsure if it was because I’m black or because she was afraid to hurt a black person .. but It was one of the two.. so ..none of the less… the host sits me in another chair.. that belonged to another tech who started screaming and shaking her head “no” when the host sat me there… then she of course said something in their language (rude af again) and all the techs started laughing in unison together as if someone said I joke confused and now embarrassed that I’m considered a joke (although I’m the one paying) I then ask “what’s going on?” The host then looked over at me and said .. “I would have to be the one to take care of you”… I shrugged as it didn’t matter to me .. I attached before and after pics ..

Katherine got me together! I like a short stiletto set of nails that many nail techs can not accomplish, but she literally breezed through my nails and my shape was TOP TIER. I will be returning! Thank you so much!
