I only go to this Sports Clips to get my hair cut. Everyone is very friendly. Nelda is the only stylist I use. My hair cuts are perfect every time. She is kind and every patient. I have witnessed her help and advice coworkers to ensure their customers get the best experience. She is a great stylist, and a great team player.

I’ve been coming to this location for over 15 years. Before the manager’s position even existed here. But now I’m never coming back, you lost my business. I called at 9 AM because the website does not allow me to make appointments. She said there’s already people in line. I asked her to make me an appointment. And she refused to, she refused to give me her name as a manager. I had to yell at her just to get her name. I already reported you to corporate. And I will never be coming back. Unacceptable customer service, treat your customers with respect and kindness, and make an appointment if you run a business. She refused to give me an appointment for no good reason. And then got to attitude with me. When I asked her for her manager’s phone number. Unacceptable behavior for a manager. You should not be working with people.

I have been going to this Sport Clips for ten years or more. The staff is always friendly and outgoing and cares about my hair care needs. Hannah in particular has been great, she has been cutting my hair for three or four years now and I know I will always get excellent service from Hannah.

We LOVE to take our son here for haircuts! He’s seven now but has been going since he was about four. Aleecia is our go-to stylist and is always friendly and skilled at matching our pictures to the actual cut. The wait is typically two hours but will fly by when you book online – we get seated almost right away by the time we get there!
