I’ve gone here for about two years. They were great when I first went but I have had a couple of not so great dip manicures or rushed jobs.
Well most recently i won’t be going back. Went in on 5/31 and my dip polish chipped two days later. They kindly fixed it but now I can see how thin it was applied.
now just 6 days later another finger had the polish chip then entirely come off. Needless to say I will not be getting them fixed this time to be disappointed two days later and will go elsewhere.
Additionally I had to wait 20 minutes with an appointment but if the manicure last that is fine. However It’s just too expensive to not even last a week

I wanted to like this salon and gave it a try for dip nails. Well, my dip nails took TWO HOURS! I’ve never been anywhere that took that long. I brushed off the time it took but when my nails came out the incorrect shape, uneven, too short, black spots on my nails, and dry dip powder all over my fingers leaving I was disappointed and called for a refund. They told me to come see the manager and he’d take them off. They even started chipping 2 days later!! When I arrived a few days later he wouldn’t listen to any of the reasons as to the problems I had with the nails. He told me he would take them off and refund me. As he was taking them off he said he doesn’t see a problem with them and I said well it’s a problem for me (I had just tried to show him the problems!) and he told me his salon isn’t for me and to not come back and go somewhere else next time. I was astonished. I was nice the entire time even after he degraded me in that way, I found it very unprofessional. After looking at other reviews about dip especially I should have not gone here in the first place.
I also saw a worker picking her nose in front of the entire salon. A cotton ball also fell on the ground that the owner was going to use to take off my nails and it was picked up off the ground and put on my nail. Not okay!

I always have a wonderful experience at Eros nails. From the moment I’m greeted at the door and request my service, I am treated professionally and enjoy my treatments.

Have been going here for around a year and have had different technicians each time. Today, I had 8/10 fingers of the skin of my nails filed by a rude woman. Made all those 8 fingers bleed. No compensation given. Would not recommend always a hit or a miss. Now I’m left with awfully painful hangnails.

I have been coming here for over a year now and I love this salon! KIKI is the best and she always takes care of me. She makes me feel like I am her only customer while I am there and I have no complaints. I have gotten dip nails and pedicures there, BOTH are fantastic. The salon is very clean and everyone there has always been very nice to me personally. This salon offers you more than you will EVER get elsewhere for the same price. I always schedule my appointments so I do not have to wait, but they do take walk-ins as well.
