I’ve been here once before and the owner did my nails very well. She was super nice and asked me to support this location (she has 3 others but this one is new). This time the experience was a fiasco. It started with me hearing my daughter continuing to ask her technician to please soak her nails before trying to remove them because her own natural nail was getting damaged. The lady kept saying, “it’s fine”, ignoring the request and continuing to pull. I had to intervene and ask the lady to “please stop and properly remove the gel”. Next, my technician cuts my cuticle with the drill, my thumb is bleeding but this lady is super sweet and I can tell she feels bad. I know these things happen, so I said, “no worries, it’s okay”. However, when she cut me again on my ring finger, I pulled my hand back with an “ouch”. Okay, I said, “be careful”. Later when she went to smooth my nail down, the drill bit was getting hot and needed to be changed but she kept drilling. So, I could feel the heat going through my nail to the nail bed … it was too painful at that point so I had no choice but to ask for another technician. Anyway, long story short after $253 in charges and $50 in tips (I still tipped the lady who cut me, by the way). I just gave her a hug and said we could try again next time. The second technician who had stepped in, didn’t hurt but the first 5 pics are her end result. Note that 2 hours after I got home the polish on one of the nails had fallen completely off in one flat chip (see pic). So, I went back immediately and ask them to fix it (see their fix in pic 6). However, she told me that she would redo the whole thing the next day. When I came back the next day, they argued that I was supposed to come at a specific time (1pm). I didn’t know that but I said, “you’re open and you take walk ins. Can you fix them ?” They told me that I would have to wait, which was fine. After waiting 45 minutes …. and guess what, another nail falls off completely (pic 10) literally while I was waiting. So again, the end result of fixing the nails (pic 7,8,9). I think the pics speak for themselves. In all of this the ONLY thing that really bothered me is that the several times that I tried to approach the owner and ask for help, she ignored me. She kept looking at the technician, never responded to me and then picked up her phone. At one point, I saw her taking a video of me and my daughter. So, I guess even though, I maintained my cool and was nice to everyone. Somehow, we were the spectacle. Craziness but I won’t be back and don’t recommend this place. Sometimes, you just have to accept the realities.

Always a fantastic experience at Top Nails. Linda & Tina are excellent. Love my nails every time. I receive so many compliments!

The lady really did a great job with my nails. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

Annie the blond hair she’s the best, she’s an amazing person, she takes care of you, with lots of love, she always make sure when you leave, you leave with a smile, I recommend her she’s the best, if you have a chance come an check the place and ask for Annie, you rock.🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My mom had a gift card from November and the owner didn’t want to honor it. He said he doesn’t have too since the gift card is from the old owner. He even yelled at me and threatened to call the cops. I’ve been going here for 7 years and now they lost my moms business and all her friends’ business. What a horrible owner and person. STAY AWAY from Top Nails
