One of these days, I will learn to consistently follow my first mind. Googled nail salon near me and found this place and another to consider. Should have chose the other. Calling to make an appointment was super easy and pleasant enough. However, disaster upon arrival through departure. Once finally seated, a bowl lined with paper and a plastic bag was simply sat on the station (not even near me) with no instruction. After sitting there 5-10 mins I decided to look into the bowl, then the technician finally walked back over. I asked if I should put my hands inside and finally got a gesture to do so. I was trying to get clarity on colors to no response or engagement. I requested designs which I believed to be acknowledged but did not get. There was no massage or full manicure. After she put oil on my cuticles, I was told to wash my hands. I returned to the chair thinking the game massage was next–no go. After I sat there a few minutes and she realized that (she was already with another customer), she told me I was done. I went to the desk and the young lady sitting at the station near, asked if everything was okay and I said “No. I asked for designs.” She did move to help, even having a customer in her chair, but by that time I was done. Then we discovered issues with two of my nails that the previous tech did not catch (probably because she did not check). The other tech fixed both quickly and I paid begrudgingly. I am usually a big tipper. Needless to say that did not happen. I cannot see myself returning to such lack of service, care, or attention.

The pedicure was so nice, I asked for a mani with nails all I got was my nails, the man that did my mail accidentally cut me and didn’t say a word! My mail were nice though, the picture is two weeks after so they’ve grown out some but he did a good job on the paint.

Since moving to Victoria, I have enjoyed having my nails done here. They take their time, I never feel rushed and I always love my nails when they are done.

I absolutely love this place. I moved from Corpus a few years ago and I am picky about where I go to get my nails serviced. The overall experience has to be enjoyable in order to earn my business. The Nail Spa does not disappoint, everyone there is great. I try to make appointments with Charlie ahead of time if I can. If I’m a walk-in however, I’m still never disappointed.

I used to love pedicures here but lately I always seem to get the same lady. She is a bit older. She does a poor job. Her leg massage is weak and pointless. And her paint job is horrible. She spends more time cleaning paint off from around your nails than actually painting your nails properly. She left a big streak of paint across my toe … Why paint was on the body of my toe and not just around my toenail I cant explain except that she is just that sloppy. Im beginning to think I need a new pedicure place. — Came back GOT her again. Was told her name is Julie. Im so done with this place.
