I have been frequenting this salon for several years now, and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff are kind, attentive, and I have always walked away feeling satisfied. I always bring photos of what I would like if it is something creative, and that seems to help create clarity. If you go here DO NOT GET LISA!

I went into Nailcessity to just get a quick gel polish change on my toes and I got this stylist named Lisa, who was INCREDIBLY rude. When I got there I asked her where I needed to sit and wasn’t answered. I thought she didn’t hear so I asked “Here?” and again no response. I sat down and chose my color, and she told me it wasn’t available. She repeated how the black numbered colors were what you could choose from 3 times AFTER I told her I understood. She even chose to sit up from her seat and point to the colors rudely, AGAIN AFTER I said I understood. Then, she blatantly made fun of me to the girl next to her. While I choosing a new color, she sighed EXTREMELY rudely and loudly. And just when I was about to tell her my new color, she cut me off and smacked a new color pallet onto my leg. The girl getting a pedicure next to me said something about Lisa’s attitude and I agreed with her and told Lisa how unnecessary that was. After my services, I called about this mistreatment and I was only answered with a “sorry”. Go somewhere else!

This was my first time visiting, and it will not be my last!

Tommy did my nails today and I was not disappointed! I am so happy with the service I received – I got a gel manicure fill (number 137).

I had heard many good things about the work Tommy does prior to visiting. Thank you for my pretty Easter nails! 🙂

The service was terrible. I asked for gel polish nails and toes only. I was asked to sign in and write what service I wanted so I signed in gel nails and toes only. Lisa begin filling up the tub for my feet. I explained that I only want gel polish. She act like she didn’t understand. I asked for help from one of the other staff members and thought the staff member was telling her what I asked for, but once again Lisa began filling filling up the basin. At that point Lisa and the other staff person became loud going back and forth with one another. It caught all the customers attention. Finally the owner of the shop said let her do your feet, she’s very stubborn and you won’t have to pay. I explained I’m not interested. I just want what I asked for. A horrible experience!!!!!!

You cant say your a Professional and are certified on doing waxing when uou burn people faces , day 4 and i can still feel the burn , you lucky the nobody had field a lawsuit
